Toilet Tanks

Have you ever had to open the back of your toilet and look inside the tank? It was probably because your toilet kept running and you initially didn't know why.

Once you looked inside, you saw what's called the 'tank kit,' which consists of several parts, including the 528MP fill valve, the overflow tube, the 100BP two-inch flapper, the refill tube, and more.

And you probably figured out a way to fix the problem in the short term.

Here at Fix Leaks Toledo™ Plumbers, our job isn't to do a short-term fix. Our job is to take this plumbing headache your toilet is giving you and throw it in the trash, literally and figuratively speaking.

That way, you never have to worry about doing your own version of 'toilet surgery' again.

Shut-Off Valves and Lines

When you see a wet floor around your toilet, the question that is usually immediately asked in your mind is, "From where is this leak coming?

The funny thing is that, sometimes, it's not a leak. It's built-up condensation from the toilet. And that can stem from a few factors. However...

...most of the time, yes, it's probably a leak. And, most of that time, it's probably coming from the water shut-off line underneath the toilet's tank.

When you call/contact plumbers in Toledo Ohio such as Fix Leaks Toledo™ Plumbers, our trained technicians will simply and promptly come through and verify the origin of the leak, then swiftly and accurately repair it.

Our Motto: We Drain Pipes, Not Wallets!

Toilet Flanges

Toilets are mounted to the floor via a series of pieces, the primary piece being what's called a flange, also referred to as a closet flange.

It's primary function is to connect the closet bend to the drain pipe. The interesting thing is that the name of the piece comes from the traditional name of a toilet, which is 'water closet.'

Well, we may not specialize in fixing regular closets (gotta call a contractor for that), but if your water closet's flange ever becomes a problem, we're definitely the ones to call!

Wax Ring Seals

Do you ever wonder how your toilet remains watertight sealed to the floor even after literally tens of thousands of uses? It's because of something called a wax ring.

This ring of sticky wax is what allows waste to travel from the toilet to the sewer line pipes for decades without seeping out onto your floor.

Now, there are non-waxed ones available, but the wax ring is still the go-to for us plumbers, especially when the flange is too high and can't be lowered.

So, at the off-chance that yours somehow dries out, cracks, and starts leaking, call/contact us and we will come through and replace it ASAP.

Trustworthy.

For toilet-leaking jobs, you always want to use a Toledo plumber like Fix Leaks Toledo™ Plumbers who has the highest level of professionalism, but at a cost that doesn’t empty your pockets like the big corporate conglomerates.

That way, you can access the plumbing services you need, but without negatively affecting any of the other financial responsibilities you may have.
